Take a look at some fun games to consider for your wedding reception

Of course, your wedding will be emotional and romantic. But beyond anything, this should be a happy event, filled with the laughter and joy of everyone you invited. Having games at the wedding reception is a wonderful way of making sure everyone stays happy and entertained – but what are some of the best games for such an event?

We have gathered some suggestions – so read on and find out more.

The kissing menu. Clinking glasses is a tradition you might not be able to avoid. However, you could replace it by providing your guests with a “kissing menu” (where each item is an activity for you as a couple and it “pays” with another activity – such as a dance with a bridesmaid).
Icebreaker games. Mad Libs, I Spy and all the other similar games can be adapted to be suitable for a wedding too. They are really fun and they will definitely break the ice among your guests, so that they have the time of their lives throughout the wedding reception.
Photo booth. Having a photo booth at your wedding is a very fun idea, but if you want to make it even more entertaining, provide your guests with props that bring them together. For example, providing them with a chalkboard and asking them to write their wishes on it can turn into a fun activity for everyone (not to mention it will make for some really nice memories for you as the bride and groom).
